The Joint National was a great show, there were many flaws but the show management team did a great job and every one enjoyed the show. Our meet had a great turn out and we had a good number of exhibitors and club members at the show. The Open show had 176 d'Uccles and 6 Booted bantams showing. The Junior show had 36 d'Uccles showing for a total of 212 d'Uccles. The open show was judged by Mike Wasylkowski, the Junior show judge is not known. Here are the results of the show: Open SHOW: Best of Breed d'Uccle and also Show Champion was a Mille Fleur Hen by the Hughes Family (new members) Reserve of breed was a Porcelain Hen by Ronnie Tallent, (this was on the second pick as a Quail Hen by Karl Urshel was chosen as Reserve Champion until a complaint was made to the show staff: "a non recognized variety can only be given best of variety." for this reason the third best bird was made the reserve of breed and the 2nd place bird was moved to third place.) In the Booted Bantam the Best of Breed was a Mille Fleur Pullet by Bill Kennery this bird was also Reserve Meet champion, RB was a Mille Fleur Cockerel also by Bill Kennery. In the Junior show BB was Mille Fleur Hen by Shannon Murdy( Non Member) Reserve of Breed was a White Cock by Shanna Rayburn. Other Results are as follows:
